At Nowrouzi Performance Labs we aim to provide athletes of all levels with the structure and accountability they need to achieve their performance goals. First and foremost we have a centered focus on athlete health and happiness. Which we believe leads to greater performance in all aspects of the sport

Mid Distance
When there is only one direction to turn, you turn left. For the athlete who lives to burn rubber on the track, feel the burn of lactic acid in their veins, rub elbows, and jostle for position to strike the monstrous kick. This is where we lace our spikes.

Distance
The hybrid athlete lives here, spikes or racing flats, it doesn’t matter. They take to the roads Saturday mornings and thrive under the track lights on Friday nights. They ride the line of constant discomfort, and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Long Distance
The athlete that chases the major marathons and Boston Qualifiers. They live for the glory of outlasting the runner to their left and mentally burying the runner to their right. The mileage hog, when do they stop? When they are done.

Meet the Founder
Cameron Nowrouzi
Founder/Chief Performance Engineer
It has been a life goal of mine to make high level endurance performance that is backed by science and proven through success available to those who want to become a lifelong student of the sport. In founding Nowrouzi Performance Labs I believe we can help athletes find what they need to take themselves to the next level. I have experience coaching athletes of all levels and backgrounds. From explorer athletes, of the ages 6-10 in a youth track club up to high performance marathon runners. I studied at Indiana University, where I earned a B.S. in Biology and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology. I am currently working towards my M.D.
